● Once ready, your order will be shipped within 3-4 business days (excluding holidays).

● Please note that extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may affect delivery times. Bellorra is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our

Customs processing and import duties are handled by our shipping partners, including FedEx, DHL, and USPS. If any customs fees apply, the shipping provider may contact you directly. Should you require assistance or documentation for customs clearance, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help.

We ship most orders using Overnight Priority Shipping for the fastest possible delivery. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Your order is fully insured at no additional cost while in transit. Bellorra ensures each shipment for its full value, protecting your purchase against theft, loss, and damage until it reaches your hands. We highly recommend using only Bellorra’s insured shipping services. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments if you choose an uninsured shipping provider.

Your order will be shipped directly to your address, allowing you to receive it comfortably at home. For security reasons, all orders require a signature upon delivery.

● You may request a shipping address change until your order is ready to ship.
● An order is considered "ready to ship" when you receive a tracking email.
● Once the order is prepared for shipment, we cannot guarantee that your address change request can be accommodated.
● This applies to both new orders and repairs being shipped back to you.
● If the address change incurs additional taxes or fees, they will be billed separately.
● If the tax difference is lower than the original shipping tax charge, you will receive a refund for the difference.

● Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects, but for full protection, you may want to insure your jewelry.
● An appraisal ensures that your insurer will replace your item with one of equal value—or provide a cash equivalent—should anything happen to it.
● Without an appraisal, you may not receive fair compensation in case of a claim.
